How We Help
Everyone has different needs and needs can change over time, so our services are designed to be flexible, personalized, and responsive.
Our services include:
-
Assertive Community Treatment
When an individual with a severe mental illness and/or addiction does not respond to traditional outpatient therapy, assertive community treatment may be able to help. Assertive community treatment provides highly specialized and personal care every day of the year. Treatment occurs inside the person’s home or community, providing comprehensive case management, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, social work assistance, and family support.
-
Collateral Outpatient Therapy
A “collateral” is typically a family member, a spouse, or a friend who participates in therapy to help the identified client. The collateral is not the subject of the treatment and is not considered to be a client. The role of the collateral can vary. For instance, collateral might attend only one session (either with the client or alone) to provide information to the therapist and never attend succeeding sessions. In some other cases, the collateral might attend all of the client’s therapy sessions.
-
Comprehensive Community Support Services
Our comprehensive community support services include case management, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, and psychosocial education. Services are flexible and designed for each person’s individual needs.
-
Day Treatment
We offer day treatment services—a partial hospitalization program for individuals with emotional, mental, and/or addictive disorders who don’t require 24-hour inpatient care. It is an intensive course of treatment where the individual is required to spend at least 8 hours during the day at the facility.
-
Family Outpatient Therapy
We provide a range of mental health services for children, adolescents, and their families, strengthening their ability to cope with behavioral and/or substance abuse challenges. Through our family outpatient therapy, we strive to improve communication, resolve conflict, and improve family relationships.
-
Group Outpatient Therapy
Our group outpatient therapy services provide individuals with ongoing treatment, structure, group support, and a safe place to process daily struggles related to mental illness and addiction.
-
Individual Outpatient Therapy
Through our individual outpatient therapy services, we provide you with tools and strategies to help you manage your mental health and/or substance use problems. We treat non-emergent problems on an outpatient basis, whether you need an hourly visit once each week or more extensive therapy.
-
Intensive Outpatient Program Services
Through our intensive outpatient program services, we address mental illnesses and addictions that don’t require round-the-clock supervision or detoxification. Through this program, clients can continue to participate in their normal, day-to-day lives while still receiving the support and treatment they need. Our intensive outpatient program may include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, life skills training, crisis intervention, case management, and more.
-
Peer Support
Through our peer support program, we provide individuals who have achieved significant recovery with an opportunity to assist others who are still in their recovery journeys. They can offer support, enhance social networking, and share their knowledge and experience.
-
Targeted Case Management
Targeted case management is a direct, primary service provided to children or adults with serious emotional disorders, mental illness, and/or substance abuse issues who live in the community. Targeted case management is designed to ensure that individuals and their families gain access to the medical, educational, social, and other supports they need to live a safe, stable, and healthy life.
-
Therapeutic Rehabilitation, Screening, and Assessment
We provide comprehensive therapeutic rehabilitation, screening, and assessment services. We utilize tests and other assessment tools to observe and measure a client’s behavior to diagnose their condition and guide treatment.
-
Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program
Our therapeutic rehabilitation program plays a vital role throughout all of our programs and provides exciting activities that promote self-esteem, encourages self-expression, increases social interaction, and cultivates wellness. All activities are developed and delivered by a professional staff that includes expressive arts therapists, recreational therapists, and more. It may include activities such as arts and crafts, breathing exercises, meditation, writing, social activities, and more.
